The physical aspects of yoga such as exercise, flexibility, stretch and relaxation are not exhibiting the entirety of the yoga but it does bring a big value to today’s lifestyle. Yoga may not be a cure for all such problems, but it can prevent such problems beforehand it occurs.
It is very important you practice under the guidance of a right guru.
You may find many yoga teachers start teaching yoga class just after attending 2-4 weeks yoga teacher training from some institutes. It’s not that way… a proper yoga teacher means that they have years of right practice under a right guru. It has to come from the years of experience, not from the short-term vacation courses.
